jennifer mcgrathHi! I’m Jennifer and I am an Online Marketing Coordinator at SVM. Before joining the SVM team, I worked as a student marketing coordinator at my college for 2 years.

I’m a new addition to the SVM team, having started in my position as an Online Marketing Coordinator in June of 2019. Since then, I’ve been able to learn about all different aspects of digital marketing and have been lucky enough to be able to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects. I’ve learned so much since starting at SVM, and I’m excited to continue to work on and explore new challenges and projects.

What the best part of your job at SVM?

Being able to work with and learn about all different parts of digital marketing. Digital marketing is such a broad field that there is always something new to learn. Whether that is learning a new strategy or learning to use a new marketing program, it is certainly always interesting and informative!

What’s the most challenging part of your job at SVM?

Adjusting to learning curves. While I love being able to continuously learn new strategies and methods, it can be challenging to adjust when starting a new project for the first time. Luckily, the SVM team is incredibly supportive and has such a deep willingness to learn and teach that it also makes starting a new challenging project very exciting as well!

Why are you passionate about online marketing?

I’m passionate about online marketing because the internet and digital world are such major parts of our lives today. I’ve always wanted to be able to make my own kind of impact on it, so this gives me the opportunity to do so.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

When I’m home I like to read, knit, or play with my dog (Lucy). I also have the cutest niece in the whole world who I love to visit. Whenever I can, I love to travel and want to see the world. My dream is to be able to visit all 50 states and then all 7 continents if I can!
